• Antifungal formulations like Fluconazole and Itraconazole cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg.
• Bosentan cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg.
• Imatinib cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg.
• St. John's wort cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg
• Nefazodone cannot be recommended along with Tadadel 10 mg.
• Drugs used in the treatment for Hepatitis C cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg.
• Patients who are under seizure treatments like Carbamazepine and Fosphenytoin cannot be prescribed Tadadel 10 mg.
• Patients who are under anti tuberculosis treatment like Isoniazid cannot be prescribed Tadadel 10 mg.
• Cimetidine cannot be prescribed along with Tadadel 10 mg
• Antihypertensive drugs like Amiodarone & Amlodipine cannot be prescribed Tadadel 10 mg.
• Patients on HIV drugs Amprenavir, Ritonavir & Atazanavir cannot be prescribed Tadadel 10 mg
• Don’t take grape fruit along with Tadadel 10 mg as it can alter the breakdown of Tadadel 10 mg. This may result in Tadadel 10 mg absorbed in large quantities which may be toxic.
• If Tadadel 10 mg is taken along with a high fat diet then it may take a bit longer to achieve Erections.
